Mr. Israel,

Considerable preparations are in progress for the construction of the
Century Village fiber over-build of the CATV and broadband services. We
have reviewed drawings and specifications and provided feedback to
Atlantic Broadband.

After consideration, Leo Delgado and I respectfully request a delay of the
February 14th meeting to be rescheduled to Wednesday, March 7th or
Wednesday, March 14th at 11:00 am. This will allow Atlantic Broadband to better prepare as well as allow us to receive project data and report this
for review at that rescheduled date.

We thank you in advance for granting this courtesy and assure you we are
all committed to the successful, timely community CATV and broadband
network project completion.
