To Mr. Israel's excellent idea that all commercial traffic enter through a third entrance/exit gate, I would add that all handymen and remodelers register at the UCO office. After they sign an acknowledgement of the rules for disposal promulgated by both Century Village and Palm Beach County's Solid Waste Authority, they will be issued a large placard bearing the address of their work site. This process should greatly lessen construction debris being placed into and around dumpsters.
