. . . WATCH THE MARCH 14 VIDEO OF THE BROADBAND COMMITTEE
MEETING
I have just watched the video of the latest Broadband
Committee meeting, on March 14 on this blog. All you need to do is scroll down
a bit to watch it. Use the icon at the top right to enlarge the screen and
adjust the volume if needed.
I can't think of a better way to learn about how the various
parts of this large project are going to take place—indeed, how some parts are
underway now. Representatives from Atlantic Broadband and CSI answer question
after question from not only the Committee members but residents of the Village
who chose to attend. These very keen "back and forths" are understandable. You will find some of
the same points are gone over again and
again by different attendees, which helps to make them clear. Excellent special
considerations are brought up certain Committee members, and Dave Israel is simply
superb in keeping the discussion on target, asking penetrating questions, and
making clear to the representatives what we want.
This is a "must see." The video takes only an hour
and 20 minutes to watch. Of course you can stop it at any time and come back to
it, or replay segments.
I watched the video and if anyone wants to know what's going on with Atlantic Broadband this is a must to watch. I am tired of people in the village listening to rumors and not understanding what's going on. Read the UCO paper and if you have access to the Internet log on to Our Village in West Palm Beach blog and read it.. There is a wealth of information out there put there for your benefit. Many thanks for all responsible for this blog with videos of meetings that some of us are not able to attend.

I wish I had a few more Tech. oriented volunteers to help put these videos on Channel 63, Channel 95 and of course on the Blog.
They are a great source of information, and take quite a bit of effort to produce and publish!

Video: good; Being there: better; watching the installation, best. The three main representatives of ABC and CSI have planned meticulously, explain comprehensively, and are presently installing expeditiously.
