Front Door Repair

Does anyone have the name of a company that services and/or has parts for the original front door to our units? I apologize for not knowing what this type of door is called. Thanks!

    If a door has to be replaced, doesn't the new door have to come up to code, and don't the jalousie doors no longer meet code?
