    My bldg was not on the list above for Precautionary Boil Water Notice, but I got phone and email notices, none of my close neighbors got a warning, no door hangers, no sandwich boards at end of drive!?!?!?! so I am the only one taking precautions. Question for Lanny, when I come home and wash my hands in unboiled water are my hands cleaner or dirtier?
