As I understand the proposal, the developers want to increase the plot's capacity from 47 to 110. If the increase is granted, the increase in traffic flow will have to be addressed b/c three entrance/exits - CV, the synagogue, this development - will be propinquitous. Cars will be exiting and entering CV as cars will be exiting and entering this housing project. On Friday and Saturday, and (Jewish) holidays, add more traffic (vehicular and pedestrian) to the mix. And then there's the new bus stop - not a pull off (hopefully in the future) but smack in the right hand Haverhill lane. Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteHi Old Nassau '67,
ReplyDeleteThis is what Public Hearings are for, and why I published this project. Attend and be heard.
