    Hi Marc,

    1) Can you turn off INTERNET when you are off Campus - and reactivate when you return? YES

    2) Are there any fees associated with doing this? Yes, $5 dollars per service – in your case the video stays up as it is part of the bulk agreement – but internet would be $5 if they have that and if they have phone and want to keep the phone number it would be $5 also.

    3) If you turn off the INTERNET, must you return your rented MODEM ? – Yes – in order to not be charged any fee – otherwise it is the season charge of $5 if they go that route or NO charge if they drop it off at the retail center and then pick one up upon their return.
