    First, my concerns, mainly about the sign-up numbers shown. Then, two suggestions.
    1. Each group of associations is assigned 4 hours of "on-site time" - yet
    (a) individual association population varies from 126 (Kingswood) to 569 (Wellington). This disparity would not be troublesome if the individual associations were grouped to balance the numbers.
    BUT
    (b) The grouping populations vary from 702 (Somerset, Berkshire, Kent) to 1218 (Northampton, Sussex, Wellington) CV'er's. This disparity would not be troublesome, however, if the sign-up frames were arranged to balance the group numbers.
    BUT
    (c) The total (morning + afternoon) numbers range from 1626 (Jan. 21st) to 2227 (Jan 28th).
    First group: 1059 (morning);
    Second group: 1026 (afternoon)
    That's 2085 for Jan. 7th.
    Third group: 1048 (morning)
    Fourth group: 855 (afternoon)
    That's 1903 for Jan. 14th.
    Fifth group: 702 (morning)
    Sixth group: 924 (afternoon)
    That's 1626 for Jan. 21st.
    Seventh group: 1218 (morning)
    Eighth group: 1009 (afternoon)
    That's 2227 for Jan. 28th.

    2. (From the) "Open Item" page: "Attendance expectation is approximately 200- 250 a day." Four days (Jan. 7, 14, 21, 28) are shown are shown on the "Sign-Up Schedule" sheet. That's 1000 maximum, far from the 7841 "CV count" shown on the "Sign-Up schedule" page. Can the three "multiple scheduling methods" handle that approximately 6800 resident disparity??


    Second, suggestions.
    (a) "Location for sign-up event". I would suggest the Clubhouse: more than adequate space, parking - and every CV bus stops there.
    (b) That AB provide personnel - "registrars" - to sign up 'walk-in' (or 'bussed-in') residents on other than the four assigned days.
    (c) Rearrange the association groupings so that each four hour block has approximately the same number of expected sign-ups: 7841/8 = 980/per 4 hours.
    (d) A separate 'express' table for those residents wanting TV installation only, no optional services.

      Hi Bob,
      You must remember that if the profit to loss ration exceeds the credit debenture quotient, a depression results.
