WHY ONLY ONE HAVERHILL "NO RIGHT ON RED" SIGN NOW?
Going out the Haverhill gate, there used to be two signs
that said "No right on red." Now I see there is only one, the one on
the right-hand side of Century Boulevard just before the intersection. The
other one, overhead and across Haverhill, is gone. What's up? My friend says
there was a single overhead TRAFFIC LIGHT facing exiting traffic, and there are
now two, side by side. Is this true, or were there two all along? (You can see
how observant I am.) If a second light has been added, how has this helped? And
if not, or it hasn't helped with No-right-on-red, why was the overhead "No right on red" sign removed?

I noticed this too although a lot of drivers in Century village ignore the no right turn on red signs at Haverhill and still turn.
