    Excellent meeting. Wish I could have attended. Everyone was so cooperative during the consideration of the first five articles of the proposed revised UCO bylaws. Good points made by Jean D and Marilyn G (?) about the Executive Board vote on a matter prevailing if not a quorum at the delegate assembly, and then an excellent compromise suggested by Ed G. Plus, the discussion and voting so ably led by Anita B and Dave. Kudos to you all. Blog readers, you should watch this. If this continues, you will be only a step or two behind the framers of the US Constitution.
