9/3/2019 PROPERTY MANAGER’S REPORT

UCO- UCO Office will be closed today, and will be open for business tomorrow, 9/4, at 9:00 AM.

 
CV RECREATIONAL FACILITY- Clubhouse and Fitness Center will be closed today.

 
BUS SERVICE- CV bus service is suspended. Restoration of service will likely coincide with the reopening of the CV Clubhouse. 

 
SECURITY- Roving patrols have resumed. 

 
GUARDHOUSES AND ENTRANCE GATES- Both guardhouses will remain closed today. Entrance gates at Okeechobee Boulevard and Haverhill Road remain open today, to allow emergency vehicles to freely enter and exit the property. 

 
ROADWAYS- Glow Cleaning Plus staff will be clearing roads and walkways throughout today. Seacrest Services Management made assessment of property early AM today.
