Hello All- This morning, there was a weekly project progress meeting at UCO. Attendees were UCO VP Dom Guarnagia, UCO Property Manager Donald Foster, General Contractor Mark Trudell, Project Manager David Biggs, and Irrigation Manager Tony Giordano.

- Project is proceeding ahead of schedule. Rough grading and material removal continued today.

- Whidden Surveyors will stake out new sidewalk on Monday.

- Seacrest will be cleared to begin installation of irrigation system some day next week. Irrigation installation plan was submitted to DKK Consulting for review. DKK submitted additional requirements to Seacrest, regarding installation of additional sleeves, backfill, and compaction. I will contact two underground boring vendors who worked on the Atlantic Broadband install, to see if directional boring will be a financially viable option for crossing under Century Boulevard in at least two spots.

- There were traffic backups at West Drive today. Apparently, PBC Traffic will need to be contacted whenever these backups happen, and adjustments to traffic light will be made remotely.
