Hello All-This is daily update on Century Boulevard construction project:

-

- UCO has received a Notice of Violation from Palm Beach County Dept. of Code Enforcement. This Notice is connected to a complaint registered by a CV unit owner. Derek will make contact with the Code Enforcement Officer who processed the complaint and Notice, and will keep all updated on resolution.

- Seacrest Services began installation of irrigation system along the length of the new walkway, installing underground sleeves. During excavation, an underground electric power cable, which supplies streetlights, was damaged. This damaged was reported to FPL by me, and repair crew responded at 5:30 PM.

-

- Finish grading for new sidewalk happened today, to be followed by installation of concrete forms. Concrete pour is scheduled to happen early next week.

- Additional temporary fencing, to close off entrance to Borden Street, will be installed tomorrow.

- FPL reports that installation of additional streetlights along new walkway will be completed by 11/18.
