Homicide in Century Village?

I had an email from a friend saying there was a homicide in Century Village. Is this true? If so, was it in West Palm Beach? If it was, what building? Did they apprehend the perpetrator? Who is he/she? Were they an owner/renter/guest? Very scary.

    Several articles online, https://www.wptv.com/news/region-c-palm-beach-county/suspect-arrested-after-woman-killed-at-century-village do not be scared too much, except for political things.
