 COVID-19 BOOSTER SHOTS- FoundCare, a new healthcare provider located at 5867 Okeechobee Boulevard (Citibank building, just outside the entrance to CV), will administer COVID-19 booster shots to Century Village residents. This service will be provided Mondays through Fridays, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Advance registration is required, by calling (561) 660-5468, or by using this following Internet link:

FoundCare is providing this service free of charge, insurance information is not required, and there is no obligation to sign up as a patient of FoundCare.
