Subject: RE: FW: Khal Chasidim / Century Village Medical building
Good afternoon Niels, staff wanted to share the attached letter from the agent with you. The agent has requested a postponement from August to November hearings. As the request meets the criteria of the Code to be administratively postponed, it will not appear on the agenda for August nor will any courtesy notices be sent at this time. We are in the process of approving the request for Postponement and Time Extension. As soon as the letter is signed I will also forward that to you.
