On February 9, 2022, just over a year ago, I had a new faucet and supply lines installed by JIm WIlson who advertises in our ADVOCATE newsletter. I recently discovered the faucet was leaking and called him. Despite our being snowbirds and only using the faucet for a total of less than 6 months, he would not warantee his work beyond a calendar year despite the fact the leak may have been occurring within the year. if you wish to deal with a plumber who hides behid a piece of paper rather than his workmanship and materials good luck. I will not.
