Power outage yesterday in NW corner of CV. Too, too hot again! We have lots of poles and wires in a row along the Water Co. property, I thought they were sculptures! Is there a better way - underground?

Power Outages
Power outage yesterday in NW corner of CV. Too, too hot again! We have lots of poles and wires in a row along the Water Co. property, I thought they were sculptures! Is there a better way - underground?
