NOTICE OF MEETING - SPECIAL OFFICERS COMMITTEE

Hi all,
Background:
As a result of the election  of Dave Israel to become President of UCO, a vacancy will be created in  his current VP position. This vacancy will be created on 14 March, 2010 at the time of the Installation oath.

There will subsequently be a meeting of the Officers Committee as follows:

Date:...........................15 March, 2010
Time:..........................11:00 AM
Place:..........................UCO Office Conference room

Agenda:.......................Selection of a designated Vice President to occupy the above noted position for the unexpired term of one (1) year.

In accordance with the UCO Bylaws, this selection will be presented at the next meeting of the Delegate Assembly. If there is a quorum of Delegates; and the selection is not ratified; there will be a special election to fill the position.

This will, of course, be an open meeting.
