Rumors are flying all around CV that during a tour of the new Clubhouse before it was
opened to the people of CV that the presenter of the tour made a statement during the
tour that this Clubhouse will never have to worry about termites. If this rumor is true
I would think that an investigation of the proposal of the company involved in this type
of work should be conducted by UCO plus etc. and search to see if there is any truth to
the rumor and take action if needed.

It would be interesting to know, BUT we, UCO, etc., do NOT own or control the Clubhouse. We only pay rent each month to use it. The Club infrastructure concern is WPRF's.

ReplyDeleteNo person who is knowledgeable on matters regarding Termites would state that the Clubhouse "would never have to worry about Termites"
This is Florida, there is wood in the Clubhouse attic and elsewhere in the building.
Any building can be free of termites today and swarmed with them tommorow.
Reputable firms have diagnosed the Building with Dry Wood Termites, let's not cook up conspiracy theories.

truth. On Monday, Tuesday and
Wednesday all unit owners had to
avoid going to the Clubhouse so
that fumigation could take place
to get rid of termites. Guess
What. We still have termites
because the firm they hired was
unable to do the work. Why are
they not telling us that the work
was never done. Last Thursday
the owners who called to see if
the Clubhouse was opened were told
oh yes and everything has been
taken care of. That is a bold
face lie.
