1. He already brings sanity and reason to the village.
2. He is genuinely caring and protective of older residents. He treats everyone with respect and dignity.
3. He is incredibly productive, knowledgeable, and dedicated. He is a wiz with anything computer related. He researches each and every issue thoroughly.
4. He will bring UCO finances up to Generally Approved Accounting Procedures and make finances transparent. He is economy minded and will find state-of-the-art solutions.
5. He is efficiency minded. He makes other people more productive, no wasted time or effort.
6. He will implement proper effective oversight of all UCO functions. No loyal coverups.
7. He will implement proper following of bylaws. Real open meetings, improved communication.
8. Enforcement of ethics, obtain proper bids, no advertising or soliciting for businesses. He does not run any personal businesses on the side, no potential conflict of interest.
9. He is not litigious, will keep professional and cordial relationships with our business associates.
10. He will bring progress towards understanding that CV is much too big to be advised and directed by amateurs.
