Question

I have a question about the blogger welcome to century village start page. Why is the UCO Sign or is it my pc, it is way off center. The same with the flags they are off center too on my pc.

    Actually if I open window that is smaller than whole screen mine overlaps.
    Open full screen, also go to Page (upper right) / Zoom / 100%.
