Everyone concerned about elder abuse should listen to the Good & Welfare portion of last Friday's Delegate Meeting. The meeting is being broadcast on Channel 63 at 9:07am and 7:07 pm this week, if you wish to catch the Good & Welfare final portion only, set a timer for about 50 minutes from the beginning.
The accounts of disruption and homelessness caused by restoration work were appalling. I do not think you can underestimate the damage to the mental and physical health and pocket books of our oldest residents.
