The Delegates have spoken....now ratify

Phyllis Richland received the third highest number of votes in the run for Vice President. After the installation on Sunday there will be an open seat for a fourth Vice President. The Delegates have spoken. Please ratify Phyllis. She is the peoples choice.

    As jean just said, Phyllis was the third highest votes for VP, voted by the DELEGATES. Please delegates lets ratify this and get on with running OUR village.
