In brief the chart shows that since our first date of operation, we have had 4803 unique visitors. They have visited 27,742 times and have viewed 54,578 pages.
The usage is slowly increasing.
As President of UCO my Administration will communicate with you, our Unit Owners, by three principal means; This Web Site, The UCO Reporter and of course Channel 63. We shall make every effort to keep you informed and we encourage you to ask any questions you may have. I personally invite you to interact with UCO on this channel; of the three communications channels available to both us and you it is most timely; except, of course a personal visit!
Every effort will be made to Democratize the UCO Reporter by means of more enlightened Editorial policy. If any reader has had Newspaper experience, such as Investigative Reporter, Columnist, Editor, Layout and Composition...!

I was quite disheartened to hear at the Editorial Meeting yesterday, how many qualified individuals with newspaper experience have been turned away from an opportunity to volunteer their services. We must embrace those who wish to assist others.
ReplyDeleteOver time, I've developed a philosophy about volunteerism and it goes something like this:
When I am approached with a question, problem, or issue, in addition to offering my assistance, I endeavor to convey a sense that they deserve my attention. I've discovered that by making people feel that they deserve your attention, it often lends itself to making the person feel a greater sense of self worth. What greater gift could possibly be offered by one person to another?? Try it out for yourself if you haven't already been doing so. The rewards are immeasurable.
