CORE DOCUMENTS
Hi all,
On many occasions, here in UCO, we are asked for certain documents that form the basis of governance here in Century Village.
We have decided to try to provide direct access to the key documents of interest, based on the frequency of requests, interest and importance; starting with "The Millennium Amendment to the Long Term Lease"
The documents may be directly accessed from the Sidebar under the heading "Core Documents"
MILLENNIUM AMENDMENT TO THE LONG TERM LEASE
The documents are fully searchable and may be downloaded and printed if so desired.
Please have a look and tell us what you think in the comment stream.
Also please enter other documents that you might like to see added to the Sidebar list.

Hi Dave ,
ReplyDeleteGood idea, makes life easier for old guy like me.
As usual, You are a font of information.
Thanks, Mike
Hi Dave, great stuff in core docs, your usual remarkable effort, when you are rested - There could also be the Water Management Agreement thingy, and the Bilateral Agreement thingy, (was that completely ratified?)
ReplyDeleteHi Elaine,
ReplyDeleteSeptember 23, 2010 6:07 PM,
No Problem, I will put both on my list for conversion and upload.
The Bilateral was not signed by numerous Associations, and all things considered was, IMHO, a superfluous document from the outset; as fundamental authority to provide these sort of services was inherent in the UCO Articles of Incorporation.
By this I mean that the services described had been provided by UCO since inception, with increasing portfolio since 1982.
Why then 17 years later, cobble up an agreement to provide services already being provided.
Furthermore, despite ludicrous threats at the time, all such services continued to be provided to all Associations whether they signed or not; and are being provided to this day.
