WHY ARE REALTY VALUES SO LOW IN CV?

Hi all,

Have a look and then ask what is going on here in CV and how far will it go?

Don't stop at page 1, work thru the list and see some of the prices listed.

    Since CV WPB is the only CV configured with 300 some assocs. and UCO. Maybe that governance set up is out of favor with this new generation of buyers. Just a thought.
