Comcast phone

Hey Mike
On the back of the comcast modem box there is a small pin hole. Insert a PEN into that hole and that will turn off all that is connected to the modem. Lights will flicker and return to the on position and then the phone should be working.
Hopefully anyway. Other wise maybe comcast did not connect the phone line correctly. I am surprised that you have internet without the phone working.

    Hi all,

    Yes, this is a very good idea, it reboots the MODEM, and this, like with your computer, often works.
