I wish to send my deepest Sympathy to the Family of Ted Silverman. He has put so much of himself in to this village. His honoring of our centenarians, was always done with such caring and dignity. You will be missed, Ted.
ReplyDeleteWe are shocked to hear of Ted passing. He has always been outgoing, friendly and helpful to everyone. He was so spirited when it came to the Centenarian parties, and every one of them loved him for it.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know Ted well, but he would come into the UCO Reporter office, always smiling and friendly to every one of us. Those centenarians were always on his heart--his pride and joy, I think. I remember him, too, getting up at the delegates meetings. Suddenly, any preceding divisiveness seemed to evaporate when he spoke about our hundred-year-olds.
