NAME AND TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR EMERGENCY

I agree with the post about giving a key to your condo unit to your Association but I feel that every unit owner should give a name and telephone number in case of an emergency. This is very important information for one never knows when things will go wrong.

    Hi Nut, Keys and emergency numbers definitely. Many associations collect more info. I added a typical CONDO ASSOC RESIDENT-INFO FORM to CV-Related Sites on the sidebar (scroll way down). It includes reminders for insurance, special needs, condo checker, email, as well as emergency contact.
