Closing your Apartment

Should I leave the AC on in my vacant unit when I'm out of State?

    According to the Seasonal Condo Closing Checklist:
    #16: If you have a humidistat, set the A/C to 75F degrees and side switch to 'COOL' and 'AUTO'. Set the humidistat to 60% (or 55% if your condo is on the ground floor OR if you have had mildew problems in the past.)
    If you do NOT have humidistat, set the A/C 78F degrees and side switch to 'COOL' and 'AUTO'.
    It is always a good idea to have your condo checked out while you are gone.
