    I wonder where George and the Sisty Uglers were when past UCO Officers and Boards were signing checks for projects and contracts, without going to the Delegates for approval?????
    I don't remember hearing George, his administration or supporters make such a motion. Am I right or did I miss this motion?

    Remember George resigned over having to have open meetings. Then, people voted him in again. Just goes to show what kind of delegates we have.
