Witholding lawn irrigation water?
A neighbor of mine recently said he was told the reason his building is not receiving any irrigation water is because Seacrest controls it. After several phone calls, all of which debunked such a claim I understand now that Seacrest does not now nor have they ever controlled where and how the water flows around the village.

It can depend on where your pump is. If your irrigation water is pumped from an area that is dry, Wellington pond or North canal, you will not get water.
