W.P.R.F.

When the clubhouse closes for 30 days or so does WPRF get a free ride in
collecting our recreational maintenance while we lose movies, theatre,
cardroom, library, lots of clubrooms, outdoor games like shuffleboard, etc.

    I didn't forget pools because
we have other pools that we can
    use.

  3. I don't know the legalities of this, but might it not be a little different with us in that the Triple Net Lease governs our long-term rental of the Clubhouse and other recreational facilities? What I mean is, we are very closely bound up with the landlord (WPRF) in the maintenance of the facilities according to this agreement. The electrical deficiency and potential for danger was not foreseen by WPRF or us, I believe. I'm not sure if insurance would cover the non-use since a catastrophe didn't OCCUR. Maybe someone who knows can explain this. I'm not personally all that concerned about a lapse of only a month.
