Careless / Reckless Drivers

Another Florida Live Oak isn't.
Actually my question is a little different. Yesterday I saw a man in golf cart zipping along between buildings on the grass and garden area. He drove (bouncing) between Sussex L and M, across Northampton Street, and then across grass between A and B (private property). He may think safer or taking short cut on grass, but we have serious dips and high roots. What could he do to our insurance if he crashes!?
