ReplyDeleteIn a condominum setting the first notice of the annual meeting announcing the annual meeting and calling for candidates for the Board must be sent to all unit owners 60 days prior to the annual meeting.
ReplyDeleteThe second notice of the annual meeting must be sent no less than 14 days before the meeting, however, your Bylaws may have a longer notice requirement which must be followed. The agenda goes with the second notice.
