WHY NOT TO VOTE FOR DOROTHY FOR TREASURER

-
Let's start with not a team player!
Following is a copy of the sticky note left on the UCO Presidents desk, without one single word prior about her intention to resign:

Can we risk a repeat of this sort of behavior, absolutely not:
-
Vote for Ed Black for UCO Treasurer, there is no qualified alternative!

  3. Ed Black is a very honest man who
sees to it that CV is always on the right track. He also is very
intelligent and he just seems to
know exactly what to do when
    something comes up.
    PLEASE VOTE FOR ED BLACK
    YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.

  4. I'll take the truth everytime. Just how many people have resigned suddenly, expecting that no-one else could pick up the pieces? What unprofessional and destructive behaviour, not to overlap and train the next person. I recall George Loewenstein resignation, and Howie Silver abandoned Channel 63 as an unwatchable mess (I was on the subsequent rescue team for 63). I think Dot recently dropped the Transportation Cmte.

Have you any idea how much Dorothy increased the UCO budget since she was elected in 2008, taking over from Jerry Epstein?

While doing so, do you know how much money was raked into CDs paying next to nothing.

If just some of those millions were returned to the unit owners as reduction to payments, those increases could have been eliminated!

Do you not feel that everyone needs to see those numbers before they vote!

Is that data considered the "low road"

Let's have your thoughts on this, because, I have that data, and could publish it for all to see.

  6. I'm happy that more money was raked into CD's and not returned to homeowners, nice deflection regarding the "low road" however.

Do you have anything good to say about Dorothys unpaid volunteer contribution to the community?

I don't have all the facts, If I wanted them I would privately email you for the data.

This election appears to be the "lite" version of what we all are going to have to deal with in 2012 ..... Ugh! More of the same nasty way Americans elect thier officials.
