    Seems like these associations don't pay attention or just don't care. We would never let this go on in our association.

    Hi Joe, I see you share my housekeeping gene (outdoors). I notice dead trees, unscreened dumpsters, dumpsters that are open or tipped over, unscreened A/Cs, bldgs with no identifying letter, lights out, etc, etc. I wish quadrant VPs would politely remind their areas when they fall behind (yeah - I know its up to the association). There is one thing, if you want your bldg to look friendly (rather than bleakly institutional) plant flowers. Flowery neighborhoods are much more attractive.

    What's wrong in these photos? Is one of the vehicles unregistered? (I can't tell.) It isn't that one of the vehicles is a small RV, is it? Are RVs illegally parked here if the person is not living in them, but using them only for transportation?

    It looks as if the car had a flat, the donut wheel has been put on, and it awaits replacement when the old wheel has had the tire repaired or replaced. I suppose any kind of work under a car is against the rules, but changing a flat seems so simple and basic to me, it almost seems a shame to be enforcing a rule against it. Unless everybody's doing work under their cars--then you've got to crack down, of course.
    I've seen people doing major work under their vehicles in the Village, sometimes under very unsafe conditions.

    Lanny, both of these vehicles are clearly govening document or code violations. The board may have taken action that was simply ignored. It goes on all the time. I wouldn't let these eyesores remain in our little corner of CV.

    I'm not on a witch hunt I just wish the boards understood thier governing doc's and have taken action. I do this stuff for a living and do not want to get involved in CV affairs. Being an LCAM is just slightly less thankless than actually being a board member.
