The Excursion bus, will depart at 9:30AM, from the Main Clubhouse.
Reservations, are necessary and MUST be made, ONE (1) week in advance.
Sign Up Sheets ( at Guard's Desk of main clubhouse) will be available
from WEDNESDAY thru SATURDAY, collected on SUNDAY.
TICKETS, will be distributed prior to boarding, to those whose names appear
on this list first, the first FIFTY FIVE (55) WILL BE GUARANTEED A SEAT.
Should there be NO SHOWS, the ALTERNATE List, ( which too will be
available at the Guard's Desk, & can be found behind the Sign Up Sheet)
will be used.
The SCHEDULE is as follows:
WALLMART & WELLINGTON - March 21st, April 4th, April 18th
CITY PLACE & THE GARDENS - March 28th, April 25th
LAKE WORTH BEACH - April 11th
FESTIVAL FLEA MARKET - May 2nd
REMEMBER, RESERVATIONS ARE NECESSARY & MUST BE MADE
ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE.

I am confused ---how is wed thru sat sign up a wk in advance? Is it that the sign up starts a wk in advance? I have not been able to get to any transp meetings as I take care of my invalid mother and dr appts seem to end up on same day as transp meetings ---why the need for reservations? appreciate info----thank you
ReplyDeleteHmm, 5-7 days in advance, these rules should thin out the herd. What if you just show up at bus time looking hopeful and there is space!

of the week the trip is
scheduled for...therefore
should you sign up Wednesday
for the following Wednesday,
it is ONE week in advance.
However, should you sign up
on Thursday, it would then
be 6 days in advance and so
forth. Reservations, at this time are necessary...
Should the situation change It will be posted..

I am asking why the need for reservations? just saying they are necessary is not an explanation - I am trying to understand - not to be obnoxious - I thank you in advance for the answer -
ReplyDeleteI heard an idea that if there are only a few reservations $$ can be saved by using a small bus, not the 55-seat. But I am not on cmte. I shall remain spontaneous.
