All Clubhouse / WPRF questions are best answered by calling the Clubhouse 640-3111.
ReplyDeleteAsk for Eva Rachesky if necessary. (then post the answer here too :-))
Called the clubhouse. Asked them about the wi fi being out so service. Was told the obvious,... Yes, the wi fi is out of service. Asked if and when it may be returned. Was told it would be out for now! Is that an acceptable answer? How about ......I will look into it and get back to you. No such luck. Can't we do better than that?
ReplyDeleteThat is discouraging, however I am told a multi-problem is being worked (not just a reboot). For a proper answer you need to call Clubhouse admin on Monday, this will also be brought up by the Operations Cmte (they are our liaison with WPRF), or you could just have Karpf and Solomon sue WPRF!
ReplyDeleteThanks Elaine. That is funny! I don,t think we are ready for a law suit, yet!
ReplyDelete! I think my point is situations such as this one really turns folks off. Any person who gets such information should take ownership of it and,, at a minimum, attempt to make a referral to the right person or address it.
Not funny, vote for Karpf and that's what you get, just disruption and trouble.
ReplyDeletePoint taken.
Re the Blog, you get what you get, unfortunately many people who could be useful are 'above' using the blog, and WPRF only appears when Dave posts their notices. Dave's inputs are always comprehensive and accurate.
ReplyDeleteHi all,
ReplyDeleteI have been in communications with Dee Albert, Chief of IT services for CENVILL Recreations.
She has been working the WiFi problem, which may be Network related.
In any case, I am advised by Dee that WiFi has been restored.
Users, please check it out and advise if you find that it is otherwise.
Thanks,
Dave Israel
