UCO Elections- Tough Choices

Below I have reposted a list of signatories to the presidential recall petition that was voted on and rejected by the Delegates on 2/15/12.

Some of the people who signed that petition are running for UCO offices next Friday. One is a plaintiff in the upcoming lawsuit against UCO.

If you feel, as I do, that the last month of UCO business was a waste of your time and a sign of community decline, I urge you to compare the list below with the candidates' list in the March UCO Reporter, and vote accordingly at next weeks' Delegate Assembly. If you are not a Delegate, I urge you to contact your Association Delegate in regard to this issue.

  3. Thank you for listing the names of the people who signed that petition. Many of them are running for office and should be rejected. Take the list when you go to vote or copy the names of the people who are against David.

  5. my neighbor has asked me this morning to post this for her after I told her that her name appeared in the list of anti Israel petition signers ---Her name is Dorothy Spanier and she said she did not sign ---she rec'd a phone call from one of the 3 late at night and did not know what she was agreeing to - never signed --
    here is her statement
"I never put my hand on any petition concerning impeachment. How dare you put my name on the petition and then claimed I signed it. For someone who touts all the rules, you do a good job of breaking all of them /making up some of your own.
Dorothy wants her name off that list of petition signers.

FYI, not ONE Volunteer at the
    Reporter, has signed the Petition.
As a volunteer myself, in charge
    of Entertainment & Organization
and one who was selected to serve
on "The Board of Inquiry" I assure
you, several of those whose names
do appear, were unaware of the contents of the Petition and were
    misled.

  8. Mag- your friend is one of many CV residents who found their name on that petition and have no clue how it got there. Many of these people wrote letters to the UCO president to inform him that their name was added in error. I would suggest that your friend do the same.

I would also suggest that your friend also write to the presenters of the petition to inform them of this error.
