Speaking of time and charges, no attorney for plaintiff has been added to the case parties list, and no hearing has been scheduled. What's the deal?

My understanding is that the Plantiffs are Pro Se, that is representing themselves, there is no lawyer of record.
This case is now in the hands of our Insurance carrier and there is yet to determine if coverage will be approved.
Watch this channel.

"others similiarly situated" means class action. You need a lawyer for that. otherwise we would all do it.
