SOUTHAMPTON C FILES FOR DELARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF VS. FAIRWAYS LLC

Southampton C has filed a suit against Fairways LLC (the Golf Course) to prevent development of residential housing. Following is the case Docket Log, the suit was filed on March 29, 2013. I will put a direct link in the side bar in case you wish to follow the Docket.
