Recently it was posted in the Court Docket log that a Florida Attorney, is representing these plaintiffs. A direct link to the Docket may be found in the sidebar.

Please give this Complaint a read, note particularly that the plaintiffs are seeking, among other things; $390,000.00 - knowing that such litigious people reside here, who would want to live here???

It is interesting to note that these plaintiffs, along with their acolytes and sycophants, rise at our meetings to support extending Term Limits to all who serve as UCO Officers.

The last lawsuit initiated by Myron Solomon cost all of us $7000,000. I hope he has the money to cover his portion and not dare to come to the Delegates and ask for money. Frankly if they both moved elsewhere no one would miss them!
