    As I understand it, this is a rather extraordinary event, reserved for issues of high judicial import.

    I believe the panel will consist of judges from all Civil Divisions in the 15th. Judicial Circuit.

    I will seek enlightenment from Rod on the details.

    This might be worth a trip to the Courthouse when this matter is heard.

    Never vote for retention of a judge, why should these people have a lifetime job?
