Approximately 150 French speaking members of Century Village, also members of le Cercle des Bons Amis, met in Chambly Quebec on August 14th. This annual gathering of ''snowbirds'' is the ideal time to link the marvellous activities of last winter in CV and share our hopes and goals of the next winter season. Of course we inquire about each other's health, share a good meal, a glass of wine, a few dancing steps after the meal and a visit of local tourist attractions. Life is good !

ReplyDeleteOui, le Cercle des Bons Amis has a club in the village which runs usually from December to April.
They have pot-luck suppers, card games and an occasional outting. It's mostly couples though, but
they do welcome singles.
Keep watching Channel 63 and you will catch their ad.
On Sunday November 17th, you can register at the Clubhouse to join Le Cercle des Bons Amis and some of numerous activities. We are now close to 600 members !
