I'm grateful for the prompt response from the county commissioner.
ReplyDeleteThank you
Don4060: Some people are also scared of circus clowns---------->
ReplyDeleteNot too fond of them either- one day I'll tell you about "Koko the Killer Klown" at the Surf Ave. Freakshow.
ReplyDeleteBut Plcruise, your logo means NOT a circus clown, so Don4060 shouldn't be afraid. Of potholes and steamrollers, yes, I can understand that.
ReplyDeletePlease tell us about Koko, Don4060. There's been enough serious stuff on the blog lately.
He is probably still there. The Freakshow at Coney Island. Koko is a little person who spent twenty years in prison for murdering his wife after he walked in on her with another male clown in their Circus trailer. After his release, no circus would hire Koko and he wound up in Brooklyn.
ReplyDeleteKoko told this story to me and my four year old niece. Katie woke up in the middle of the night and told my Sister, then repeated the story to the teachers at Nursery School. Naturally, my Mother found out.
Long story short- Uncle Don4060 in the Family Doghouse. Thanks Koko. True story.
Thanks, Don4060. I needed that bit of comic relief.
ReplyDeletePriceless, KOKO
ReplyDeleteBack to the potholes. The county did a half ass job some of the pot holes are still there.
ReplyDeleteThe County only filled the holes on their property. There is a nasty one near the gate to Noble property, I asked the County workers if they could fill that one, they said they were not allowed. At least they know where the lines are.
ReplyDeleteSo who owns the road outside of the bank where all the holes are left unpaved?
ReplyDeleteHi Grace, see Dave's expanded maps and info from PAPA on 2/24/2014
