Re The Paving & Lawsuit
We had a meeting with the paving contractor. We were told that to have a perfect job they would have to dig up the old paving and start over. The delegates in their wisdom took the cheap route and had the paving done over the existing then pavement. As a result the cracks came back. We got what we paid for. Why people are suing when we were told the cracks would come back is amazing. Some people have nothing better to do with our people's money.

It would seem to me that the best possible way to put this matter to rest would be to post a copy of the original contract between UCO and the paving co.

Might not be smart, while two unit owners are suing themselves
(UCO), seeking $5 million dollars
over issues involving the paving contract.

I had forgotten, when the summons and complaint arrived in UCO, I immediately uploaded it to the Cloud. The link is in the sidebar of this BLOG.
Here it is below; 136 pages, including the contracts in the exhibits.
This link has been available since the inception of the law suit.
