    First of all,I appreciate the effort to post meetings on line However, have there been changes to the by-laws that have not required a majority vote by the delegatess?

    Absolutely not!

    The documents of UCO, both the Bylaws and the Articles of Incorporation are being re-written, to be consonant with current law. There have been no approved changes as yet.

    This effort is being undertaken by the Advisory Committee; in conjunction with an Attorney.

    The changes, will follow the standard process which has been in effect for decades. From Advisory Committee, to the Officers' Committee, to the Executive Board, then publication in the UCO Reporter and finally to the Delegate Assembly for approval.
