    It is my hope that Ms. Seigelman's decision to remove copies of "The Messenger" was hers and hers alone. I assume that no effort had ever been made to remove copies of The Advocate, despite the fact that leaving them on a door knob might also signal an absentee resident.
    When we begin to fear voices of opposition, we begin a slippery slope toward dictatorship. Let us never fear opposing thought, no matter how much we disagree or fear loss of control.
